BBQ season definitely calls chops!

Marinate for at least 30mins or overnight for best results.

For approximately 2kg chops up a paste using 1 heaped tablespoon of yogurt and mayonnaise , juice of ½ lemon and 2 teaspoons of Chops Spice. (You can leave out the mayonnaise and use more yogurt)

This will definitely give you that thrill of the grill!!!
